Printed Circuit Board Design

 

PCB VERSION 1

The PCB’s that are printed at SDSU are not plated so traces have to be routed on top and bottom. To connect top and bottom vias are created.

This PCB is designed to test the line sensors and motor drivers.

PCB VERSION 2

This revision is designed to have a two boards, the bottom board for all of the inputs. The top board will hold the led’s for debugging purposes.

PCB VERSION 3

Revision of the second board to add holes to the top board so that it will hold the pins for the motor drivers. They will connect with the bottom board to read the inputs of the motor driver.

PCB VERSION 4

This board is a revision to make trace all of the ports to the bottom layer that connects to the PIC. Added vias so the layout looks better and easier to solder.
